Sorry for my exceedingly understated post on Tuesday. So, if I may, let me rephrase what I was trying to say when I wrote, “Sure do.” Yes, it is a blessing that when thing don’t work out as someone thought they might have that at least they can still be good friends. That they can still talk about life as if nothing has changed between the two of them, share stories and the trials and celebrations of the day. That they can still be there for each other through the good times and bad remembering that it was their friendship that brought them together in the first place.
